Screened extension leads with four insulation layers for added electrical and mechanical protection. 

The first two layers are the same as a standard extension lead. 

The third layer is a braided copper screen connected to the earth, and the fourth layer is a UV-resistant PVC Sheath.

The braided screen offers additional mechanical protection and a multi-earth path if the cable is cut and the active conductor is hit, tripping the RCBO.

These leads also reduce electromagnetic interference, helping protect sensitive electronic equipment.
