Shipping Information
a. Our shipping rates and delivery times are based on Australia Post rates and delivery times for items weighing up to 22 kg. For orders over 22 kg, we will choose the most suitable courier option.
b. Unless advised, all orders are shipped within three working days. If you have not received your order within 10-14 working days, please notify us by email at [email protected]
Refund and Returns
a. Faulty Items: Your satisfaction is our priority at EEC Technical Services. If your item is faulty upon receipt or not as described, we will gladly exchange it or arrange a refund.
b. Change of mind or incorrectly ordered items:
i. All returns must be communicated to EEC within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in an unused, saleable condition.
ii. Custom items are not eligible for return.
iii. Responsibility for Returning Products:
1. Consumers are responsible for returning products.
2. Postage and Test and Tag fees are not refundable as the service has already been provided.
3. PayPal no longer refunds fees charged for services once utilised. If payment is made via PayPal, the refund amount will be reduced by 2.7% of the total transaction.
4. When returning an item, please ensure it is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without proof of delivery. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund according to our policy. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, excluding any applicable postage or service fees.
