Heavy Duty:

The "Heavy Duty" extension lead is designed for prolonged outdoor use or in environments with higher temperatures. 

This extension lead boasts a longer maximum length from the outlet to the appliance compared to the "Light Duty" extension lead. 

The general maximum length for use is 50 meters. However, when using it with equipment that requires a high starting current, such as motors, the maximum length is limited to 15 meters. 

Before dispatch, the leads can be tested and tagged, ensuring they are ready for use.

BLUE = Jun – Aug

YELLOW = Sep – Nov

The extension lead is designed for use in dry, damp, and wet environments. It is resistant to abrasion and can withstand stress from vibration or impact, as well as exposure to radiated heat and chemical contamination. The black, flame-retardant sheath makes it suitable for areas prone to fire hazards, such as engineering workshops and other hazardous locations.
