The “Heavy Duty” extension lead is suitable for extended use outdoors or in environments with higher ambient temperatures.
The “Heavy Duty” extension lead has a longer maximum length allowed from the outlet to the appliance than the “Light Duty” extension lead.
The maximum length for general use is 70m
The maximum length for use with any equipment that has a high starting current is 25m
The leads can be tested and tagged ready for use before dispatch.
