Australian Standard 3 phase extension leads.

The heavy extension lead is suitable for indoor, outdoor and harsh environments. The heavy extension lead has a longer maximum length from the outlet to the appliance than the light lead.

For extended use outdoors or in environments with high ambient temperatures use the Heavy extension leads. 

(Intermittent use: Ambient temperature above 40°C )

Maximum Continuous Length for general use: 60m

The maximum length for use with any equipment that has a high starting current:25m

The leads have the option of being tested and tagged ready for use before dispatch.

The quarterly colour-coded tags.

RED = Dec – Feb

GREEN = Mar-May

BLUE = Jun – Aug

YELLOW = Sep – Nov

The extension lead is suitable for dry, damp and wet environments; areas of stress caused by vibration or impact they are resistant to abrasion, exposure to radiated heat and chemical contamination. Because of the black, flame retardant sheath, it is suitable for areas subject to fire hazard and hazardous locations like engineering workshops.

Please select carefully the four (4) pin extension leads have the highest rate of return due to incorrect selection. The main reason is that a five (5) pin lead is required.
